Lauren is a graduate of Irene’s Myomassaology Institute and a former member of the Armed Forces. While at Irene’s she was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and quickly signed up to train with the Upledger Institute.
Following graduation, she manifested her perfect position with UpRight-BirthRight-LiveRight to be mentored by Kathryn Conlen, BA, LMT, CST-T who is a 25-year veteran craniosacral practitioner and co-founder of Structural Hygiene for the Developing Human®. She enjoys health and wellness as an important aspect of her life and Craniosacral Therapy is a natural fit for her gentle approach as a practitioner.
