In 2007, Kathryn Conlen partnered with Dr. Jonathan Cayle, MD and  board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecology and leading expert in women’s health care. Together they combined a blend of select essential oils with a simple but effective massage to create the Health Breast Blends technique – empowering women to protect their breast health naturally every day.

​Like so many, Kathryn experienced first-hand at a very young age the heartbreak of losing a close friend to breast cancer. Then a few months later watching a best friend’s mother go through the devastating effects of cancer treatments. Their untimely deaths left a void still felt today.
​There had to be a better way to approach breast health maintenance. 
Spurred on by that loss, Kathryn spent years of research and study before discovering our specially formulated breast oil and self-care regiment. After almost 20 years in practice, an ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure as Dr. Cayle reports nothing but amazing results from his patients who utilize the program regularly.
