Instructions
- Melt the chocolate:
In a small saucepan over low to medium heat, combine the coconut milk and dark chocolate chips. Add the maple syrup and stir frequently until the mixture is fully melted, smooth, and thick. - Flavor the truffles:
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Add your Vitality essential oil drops and a dash of sea salt. Stir to incorporate evenly. - Chill the mixture:
Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or place in the freezer for 1–2 hours, until firm enough to scoop. - Shape the truffles:
Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into ½-inch portions and place on a parchment- or foil-lined tray. Refrigerate again for 30 minutes to set. - Roll and coat:
Roll each truffle gently between your hands to smooth the shape, then dust evenly in cocoa powder.- Store truffles chilled and serve slightly cool for the best texture and flavor

Take them a step further and instead of cocoa powder, try rolling them in shredded coconut, crushed nuts, or dark chocolate shavings.
These truffles also make wonderful gifts — place them in a small box, dust lightly with cocoa, and include a handwritten flavor note for a personal touch.
