Construction Alert!

Construction will close Rochester Rd/Main Street April-July 2012.  Getting to your appointment with us may take a little longer so you may want to leave 10-15 minutes earlier than usual depending on where you live, please let us know if you’ll be running late. We have supplied a few alternate routes for you to consider.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you,

Kathryn Conlen, BA, MT, CST

What Is Being Done? The Michigan Department of Transportation is investing approximately $7.6 million to reconstruct a half-mile of northbound and southbound M-150 (Rochester Rd) between the Paint Creek Bridge and the Clinton River Bridge. The project includes the total replacement of the road and sidewalk; utility upgrades; new signs and traffic signal upgrades; and landscaping improvements. M-150 will be closed and detoured between 2nd Street and University Drive until late July. The posted detour includes Olde Towne Road, Water Street, and 2nd Street.

Alternate Routes we suggest:

From Sterling Heights:  Take Van Dyke turn left on 24 Mile (24 mile turns into Parkdale) Turn right onto Romeo Rd. Left on Ingelwood Rd. Left onto Linwood, 333 Linwood will be on your right

From Troy: Either take the posted detour which may be congested, or coming North on Rochester Rd. turn left on Hamlin Rd, right on Livernois Rd, right onto Tienken Rd, right onto Rochester Rd and left onto Linwood.

From Clarkston: Take I-75 S to Exit 81 (Lapeer Road)  toward Pontiac . Turn slight left onto N Opdyke Rd. Turn left on E Walton Blvd. After passing Adams Rd. take the next U-turn. U-turn onto Walton Blvd and Take a right onto N. Adams Rd. Turn right on W. Tienken Rd, Turn right on Rochester Rd. and Linwood will be on your left.
